WE SELL TO THE TRADEONLY: Pampered Princess is a wholesale distributor selling only to customers who have a valid resales tax i.d. number.  All tax i.d. numbers will by validated and we reserve the right to refuse any.

MINIMUM ORDER: We do not require a minimum on orders so you may sample our products. We hope you will be happy with the quality and the price.

TO PLACE AN ORDER: You can place an order by phone, fax or online. Ordering online is the fastest and best way to order.

SHIPPING: We use UPS as our choice of shipping, this makes it easy to track a package. We ship out orders ASAP or within 24 hours. Please let us know if this package is urgent and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you. On all international orders, a shipping total will be available  after order is placed. We will send an email containing the shipping total and make arrangements for payment to be made. Our promotion for free shipping on orders over $250.00 does not apply for international orders.

RETURNS: If you receive an item that is damaged or shipped out in error, please call for a Return Item Number. A full credit will be applied to your account. Any other items returned for any reason will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any damaged returns must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. A copy of the invoice must accompany the returned item(s).

ATTENTION: Please note that if your shopping cart is held for too long, some items may no longer be available due to changes in our inventory. Items may become unavailable or inventory numbers may be changed.
