WE SELL TO THE TRADEONLY: Pampered Princess is a wholesale distributor selling only to customers who have a valid resales tax i.d. number. All tax i.d. numbers will by validated and we reserve the right to refuse any.
MINIMUM ORDER: We do not require a minimum on orders so you may sample our products. We hope you will be happy with the quality and the price.

PAYMENT: Pampered Princess accepts all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal for your convenience. We will process your purchase through PayPal to ensure your highest level of security. Although PayPal will process your payment, shipping services are provided by Pampered Princess. After payment processing, orders will be shipped. Once an order is placed, it can not be cancelled unless the item is out of stock. If you have a question about availability and processing time for a specific item, please email us before placing your order.
SHIPPING: Orders usually take 1-3 business days to be processed and shipped. Please email us beforehand if you request our products and are not in the United States. For domestic shipping, we charge a $10 flat-fee for all orders. There is a $15 flat-fee for all international orders. International orders can take 1 - 3 weeks to be delivered.
TAX: Tax will not be applied since this is a wholesale transaction.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our very best to take care of your situation. All returns must be unworn, with tags (if any), in their original condition and packaging.
